If users access and use the services offered by Taiwan Map Service (https://maps.nlsc.gov.tw) of National Land Surveying and Mapping Center, you have agreed and accept the terms of use. If you don’t agree with any portion of this Agreement, please do not use this services.
1、	The offered services are listed below:
	(1)	Web Map API service (Static Maps)：Using the interface of the Servies, users can output static maps (in the form of picture file) manually. However, users do not acquire the copyright of the output static maps.
	(2)	Web Map API service (Dynamic maps)：Users can embed dynamic maps to webpage for location marking, introducing and more interactive requirement.
	(3)	OGC WMS、Web Map Tile Service (WMTS).
2、	You can show the contents that captured and extracted from the Service to the public on the Internet, videos, print advertisements and thesis for legal purposes. However, bulk download on this website is forbidden.
3、	The NLSC has bear no responsibility for the availability, immediacy, security or reliability of the offered service. That is, the NLSC is not responsible for any loss caused by abnormal of this system, this service or the data you used.
4、	In addition to the following conditions of websites, the Service can be used for free. Yet the Service reserves the right of service suspension, transition to paid service and ad placement in the future.
	(1)	The website use the map as a paid and login required service.
	(2)	The website use commercial maps as the main application (recognized by the NLSC), except for charity, disaster deduction, education of legal school application and etc.
5、	The service will be updated continuously and the updated information will be announced on the homepage of the system. Users may need to modify the websites depending on the situation.
6、	In order to determine whether there is a violation of these terms of use, and whether all the laws, regulations, legal procedures or government administrative orders are complied with, the NLSC has the right (but is not obligated) to investigate your use of the service.
7、	This service is not transferable and can only be used based on goodwill but no misuse or slander. When using the services, the NLSC has the right, but not an obligation, to use the users’ corporate identification information for promotion.
8、	The map provided by the system may contain the identification information, copyright mark or symbol of the NLSC which users don’t have the right to alter, remove or obscure in any way.
9、	You shall bear all the risks and responsibilities for any loss while using the services by download or any other way of acquisition.
10、	The NLSC bear no responsibility of your loss caused by any suggestion or information, whether it’s oral or written, provided by the NLSC, this system or this service.
11、	The NLSC has the right to limit your usage, data volume, network bandwidth and etc by system setting at any time without noticing in advance.
12、	The NLSC reserves all the right of interpretation of this terms of use.
